Where can I buy whole bolts of Joel Dewberry fabric?

I'd also be interested in bolts of fabric by Alexander Henry, Amy Butler, and any other great designers. The only place I know of other than eBay is www.someartfabric.com. They have a good selection of by the yard fabric but the bolt selection is limited.
