Guinea pig fruit and veg?

I know a lot of people just throw some lettuce and cabbage in their cage but I want to give my guinea pig the right fruit and veg everyday..
only problem is some of the things arnt cheap, like strawberries and raspberries etc..they go off very quick, within a few days.
So I found some frozen ones, in the bags there are raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, kiwi, mango chunks, pineapple chunks, baby carrots, cauliflower, green beans etc.
So if I defrosted these would they be ok? or does it really have to be fresh?
I know you should feed a limited amount but it still needs to be fed sometimes. Even the veg goes off, I just want to know if frozen fruit and veg is ok really >_<
I give mine vitamin C tablets anyway so they wouldnt be low in vitamin C but I dont know >_< I need like a list of what to feed them veg wise everyday, I know what they can and cant eat but I dont know whats ok for everyday or once a week and how much of it.. etc

Fresh is the best choice. As far as fruit goes you should feed a very limited amount, as in offering a tiny bit of fruit a few times a week at most. Fruit is high in sugar and can lead to digestive upsets.

A guinea pig should get at least one cup of veggies per day. The majority of this should be leafy greens like leaf lettuce (red or green), endive, escarole, romaine, kale, parsley and cilantro. Cabbage, broccoli and the like should be fed in limited quantities because they can cause and that can lead to bloat (a life threatening condition). Then you can add in small amounts of other veggies; bell peppers are a huge hit in my house and they contain tons of vitamin C.

Lunch: lil 6 pack cheese on cheese sandwich crackers 190 ... slim fast shake 190 ... and raw broccoli, baby carrots, raspberries

Then I lost control and went into the lunch room and had 1 cupcake and a small "salad plate" size paper plate with a scoop of smashed potatos and a tiny scoop of shreadded brisket.

I am doing my eliptical 45 min which burns 500 cal.

Ugh should i skip dinner or can I have 2 serving egg white and 100 cal. english muffin?????

LOL sweetie u're fine u did ok. The total of everything u had today is probably not much more than 1600 calories anyway and even if it is I actually read that it's ok to have one day off ur diet every week and have whatever u want it helps boost ur metabolism.
