How do you find and kill bumble bees in your house?

So Yesterday and just today, we've found two bumble bees just chillin in out house. One was upstairs in the kitchen by our window and the other one was way downstairs in our bathroom by the light.
Now the kitchen i can understand of having a bee some how get in through the window or our back door, So i thought well we must have just let on in and not noticed, but now that we have found another one in a different place I'm worried that we'll have a bee's nest some where. I personally don't care but I'm more worried for my sister's 5 month old baby. and my cat.
I've looked around for a nest but i can't seem to find one.

So could anyone give me some tips on how to find the nest and when i find it how to kill the bees.

Most bumble bees during this time (during the spring) do not have a hive yet. They are all queens and they are all over the place looking for a new home.

If there is a chance that there is a nest at this time of year it will be underground or even inside a small square structure. You might try looking for these kinds of places.

I don't think that bumble bees are dangerous compared to other hymenopteras and don't tend to be aggressive. But i understand the fear of a child getting stung. Anything is possible after all.

If you really feel that you need to do them in, I would call a professional and keep the risk of a bee sting to any of your family down. Even though they don't tend to be aggressive they might change their minds if you start poking at their home.

I know if someone was poking at my front door and making noise I would charge too.
