Just my input and you can take it or leave it. Congrats on your coming baby, first of all.
On the diaper changing table. I felt the same way as you. And now at 7 months, my back, and my fiance's back are killing us from always leaning over to change my son. This is whether we change him on the floor, the couch, the bed, wherever. Just wanted to offer that advice to you because I now wish we had gotten one.
Also, I would start looking at bigger carseats now, just to get an idea what you are looking for. Some babies grow out of the carrier seats within as early as 4 or 5 months.
I wouldn't spend TOO much money on nursing bra's, as there is no telling what size your breasts will be until the baby gets here and your milk comes in. Yes, you will want one or two for the hospital, but you can only guess at what size you will need.
On the nasal aspirator, you should get the blue one from the hospital and that is the best one. I can't find one for sale anywhere. The other ones I have used don't work worth a damn, so don't waste your money on them. You will probably also get Soothie Pacifiers, nail clippers, and a few other things from the hospital. Don't buy too many pacifiers at first as some babies don't like them. My son loved his and then decided at 8 weeks that he DOES NOT like it anymore.
The Boppy pillow is a great buy. It's great for nursing, or just for sitting on your lap and letting your baby cuddle up in it. This thing has saved my arms a LOT of pain, for sure. Also, it's great for tummy time. You can put it on the floor, lay your baby with his/her chest resting on it (body inside the circle) and arms hanging over the outside. This helps them get the hang of tummy time and start working the neck muscles and lifting their head.
Some things I didn't see on your list:
Baby tub
Hooded baby towels and washrags
Baby lotion
cotton balls
Baby safe Q-tips
Infant Tylenol (you will want this when baby gets first shots at 2 months)
Saline Nasal spray (this stuff is baby safe and works wonders if they get a stuffy nose)
Bibs you probably won't use until baby starts drooling or eating solids, but you will use plenty when he/she does
Burp rags you will want/need whether nursing or formula feeding
A small mesh bag to wash babies socks in so they don't get lost
Edited to add: I recommend a bottle warmer. Especially since it looks like you will be pumping. It will be SOOO much easier to warm up the breast milk you've stored in the fridge.
