How do i change my teen daughters nappy/diaper?

My teen daughter wets the bed and sometimes during the day too. She wears pull-ups during the day which she can change herself, but nappies/diapers at night.

How do i go about getting her nappy on? So far i change her like a baby - Changing mat on floor or bed. But, she's sometimes reluctant to get her nappy on in this way (or any way at all sometimes).

Any ideas of easier ways to get my daughters nappy on?
My daughter is only 13 not 16. I have tried to teach her to change her nappy but she doesn't always get it right and it leaks - which defeats the purpose of having it in the first place
I realise 13 is still old for nappies, but it is the best option. My daughter is small for her age and the doctor thinks her bladder may not be as developed as it should

can't she do it herself??
