WOAH HELP QUICK? How long til an avocado browns after cut and taken the core out?????????
i wanna cut it and put it into a container for lunch.....how long til it browns if its in a lunch bag...putting an icepack helps?
They discolor pretty quickly and it being refrigerated won't make a difference. I would wait if I were you and cut it at the last minute, but if you can't, just make sure it's doused in fresh lemon juice. This will help a little.
