Are Betsey Johnson Betseyville tote bags cute or tacky? I am looking at the Prowlin Around tote.?

They're really unique and cute in some aspects, but...personally, they're too tacky. I prefer to stay with classics like LV or Coach (which is actually cuter AND cheaper than LV).
