First day of school outfit help?

Ok. So I'm gonna be in school in a few weeks a i need and outfit that says "I'm cool, I'm popular, and I'm hot" but not so inappropriate hot. i am 13, short, long brown hair, brown eyes, and skinny. i want something that looks designer but comfy and not to much jewelry. i have this big sky blue coach bag that i want to take so it needs to go with that. and i also want something thats is gonna make me feel like i am exposing myself. oh and i want to impress everybody!!! the price doesnt matter. need to know which stores to buy from. thanks!!! oh and i also have a cute, zit-free face with dimples!
