Camel Pack bottle top?

I saw a water bottle top that does the same thing as a camel pack. It has a hose and clips to your backpack for those who have the water bottle holders on the side of their bag. I was wondering if anyone knew of these and where I could purchase them and what their called. They come in different sizes to fit normal soda bottles, nalgenes, and I've even heard of them fitting the new steel canteens.
