is this all good to eat?

this morning i ate a brunch.. it consisted of small portions of
potatoes, green beans, pasta salad, mix fruit, &1 peice of chicken. Then, for the rest of the day i had : a whole wheat bagel w/ lite creme cheese, a bag of kettle corn, an orange, & an apple.

is this healthy? enough to eat, or too much?
