When making green tea how much water in a coffee cup should I pour to add the tea bag? Do I fill it up ?

Only half way? I am not sure how much water to have in the cup when I am going to place the tea bag. Thanks.

It doesn't matter. I've never had green tea personally, but I'm a huge drinker of regular tea.

It's probably better to add water first, but stirring judges how strong the brew will be - not how much water is in when you add the tea bag.
Also, I've never heard of microwaving tea as someone else has suggested - it's better to boil the water in a kettle to heat it up.
It's almost exactly like making coffee with a kettle, you just add the tea AFTER the water instead of BEFORE.

Also, as suggested before, you can normally get two cups out of one bag - any more tends to weaken the brew.
