Does Air Transat allow you to pay for an extra bag on flights between canada and the UK?

I am flying to London from Toronto. I'd love to fly Air Transat due to their cheap fares, but the one bag limit is problematic. I know they allow people to pay for excess kilograms, but does anyone know if there is a flat fee to pay for a whole extra bag (say around 23kg). This way I can compare and see if it's better value to fly Air Canada, since they have a 2 bag limit as standard.
