Party bag & mini gift ideas?

I am going to host a party for my nephew who is turning six on May fourth the last Saturday of April. I want to do "pass around the gift" thing, but instead of having a chance where someone does not get a gift, making it that you pass all the gifts around in a circle [each person will have a gift in their hands at all times] and at the end when the music stops they'll open their gifts.

I am thinking about each gift being the max of $3 dollars a piece.

I also want to do goody bags.
There is going to be an 8 year old girl, an 8 year old autistic boy, a six year old girl, and maybe another six year old girl and a 3-4 year old boy.

What can I put in the party bags? For the six year old girl that will be going to the party, I want to get her a jump rope which is $2 at big lots because she said she doesn't have a good one like the other six year old girl and wanted one like that.

What would you put in party bags/mini gifts?

Certificate for a FREE Kids Ice Cream Cone at a local ice cream parlor : To be used at the discretion of the parent.

Hair Clips (for the girl) : Pretty little clips and snaps that stay put.

Mini Diaper Bags - Big Convenience

There are times when a large or everyday diaper bag is just too much and you need a smaller version to handle a few necessary items. The mini diaper bag is just the thing for you. Smaller versions of the regular, everyday diaper bags, mini diaper bags hold just enough items for a short trip away from home.

Mini diaper bags look just like the regular, everyday diaper bags, some with the built-in changing pad and pockets for creams and powders, however they only hold about a 1/4th of what the larger diaper bags hold. This is great for quick trips to the store or to the library when you are going to be away from home for a short time but there is a chance that they might need a quick diaper change or a bottle of formula or juice.

And usually, newborns and preemie babies sleep a lot so a quick trip to the store or some place where you know there is a good chance they won't wake up or need changing, it's a good idea to bring the mini diaper bag verses the large, regular, everyday diaper bag so you have less to handle during your day.

Some parents bring both the larger, everyday diaper bag and the mini diaper bag if they have several stops to make. And when they arrive at where they are going, fill the mini diaper bag up with what they need from the larger diaper bag. This way they are not loaded down with a lot supplies each time the run into a store or a friend's home, but they do have everything they need in the car in case of unexpected issues.

Mini diaper bags can also work as purses when mom is going out to a party where babies are invited. There are some stylish mini diaper bags with enough room for mom's keys, lipstick and cell phone - all small items - in addition to the baby's diapers, bottle and cream or powder. No need to lug around a purse as well as a diaper bag.
