does anybody get problem with encumberance on oblivion?

if you do i can recommend a mod to get "bag of holding" this item was taken from the game dungeons and dragons but it works like a never ending bag u can put as much as u like in it and your encumberance stops the same the bag only weight 5pts of feather great for them dungeon and cavern mission when battling people and getting their armour and weapons.
