Tips against distraction?
A few days ago I lost my phone.. it slipped out of the pocket of my jeans and fell on snow, so I didn't hear it... Today I forgot my bag at my tailor's after I tried something on.. I was with a friend and she was really in a hurry so I got out as fast as I could.. as a result, I left my bag there. Any advice on how to avoid being so distracted? I'm currently trying to think about all the things I've had on me when leaving a place..but I don't always manage to do that..
P.S.: I don't think it's a medical disorder... I'm looking more for practical tips..
sounds like you have a form of ADD... the way I deal with it is to have a routine that you follow, like a place that you always keep your phone, a certain purse that would just feel weird if you didn't have it, etc. I know it sounds like a tedious way to live... but consider the alternative. Good luck!

Bag yourself a Bargain
End of season sales are a great way to bag yourself a bargain but do you usually find yourself buying a load of rubbish that you will never wear. We give you some top tips to getting the best bargains in the sales.
Ensure that you are well prepared for the sales. Start by finding out when the sales start. The best items to buy in the sales are wardrobe basics and neutral coloured items with classic tailoring. These are the items that you are most likely to wear next season.
