I am attending the NYC Young Starlet Ball in early September and need an outfit. I am on a budget of $10,000. It must be very formal. Accessories and shoes should be included. No UK links please.

- I look good in turquoise, tangerine, and pink.
- I like heels, but flats are okay.
- Clutches would be best for the bag.
