Where can I find this Coach bag?

It is the Coach Tartan Glam Tote-in black/silver multi:

I found it on Nordstrom.com a while ago, but when I tried to buy it they claim it was "unavailable". I checked the actual Nordstrom store nearby and they didn't have it either, as well as a Coach store as well.

Can someone please tell me where I can find this bag? Will it be available again online? I really want this bag.
