Do you think I should register or not?????

We are expecting our second baby in July. Our first will be 18 months so generally we have everything. I'm not having a "formal" baby shower but the girls from work are going to have a lunch and they always get gifts for the baby. The last girl told them to just throw her a diaper party and everyone brought diapers and wipes (things like that). My boss calls the new Mommy and asks them what they would like as gifts and if they registered. Diapers would be nice however I got a coupon in the mail saying if I register at target they will give me a free gift card for $20. Is this worth it? I figure I can kill two birds with one stone and get the list of what I'd like settled and at the same time get the $20 free. Is this worth it? Thanks!
