I saw some awesome flats!?

I saw these really cute flats at Filene's basement I want. The are black guess ballet flats with quilted hearts.
oh lol the question is how am I gonna get them I was in NY when a saw them and I live in Michigan. what are other stores that might have them? Loehmann's or Tj maxx?
