I recently had a baby 3 months ago, and I experienced baby blue's and I felt that they went away. Now 3 months

later all I do is cry. I feel like I am awful mother and I don't know why. I have a pretty good job and I am engaged, I am in alittle bit of a rutt with $ but I always make sure her needs are met before anything such as formula and diapers, but I find myself crying more then ever, I don't want to hurt and I never think about that, but I constantly am crying, at work I feel so preoccuppied because the whole time I am sitting there I just am thinking about my daughter or how I am going to pay my bills I can't focus on anything. I am constantly worrying about what I have to pay next, on top of that I cry and am mroe sensitve then ever over the most stupid stuff, and I have probably had sex maybe 5 times since my daughter was born, I just don't feel like having sex and it's driving my fiance crazy. I don't know if I am having syptoms or post partum depression or if it's just depression but I really need some help.

I hurt so bad and I just couldn't get the right feelings. Everybody is different but having a baby is the biggest deal of your life. Try to relax and enjoy and savor the time. Later you will laugh and have great memories. You will realize that all this short time (only 3 months so far for you) will just be a moment in the big picture of your life and your family. It is so natural to feel blue after having a baby. And, it sounds like maybe your blues are more about money at this time. Maybe turn to your honey for a little bit of help. Who takes care of the bab for you while you are at work. It is hard to be separated from your child so soon. Maybe you can take the bab to work with you once in awhile? Once a week? It would be good for you and the bab. I wish you the best. You are so lucky to have a healthy happy baby to share life with. And you are soooooo normal. Ciao
