how do i get rid of the blue frog tag from my hotmail address ??

check your signature in hotmail, it seems like the blue frog thing is attached to your signature....
also, try this: click Start/Run then type "msconfig" (without quotes) in the command line and hit Enter key. then go to Startup tab and check if there is anything blue-frog-related in there - uncheck it so it won't bother you anymore.
Other than that, try any antivirus and see if it detects this blue frog thing as a virus. Or google for "adaware" or some other ad-removing software, install, and try removing that blue frog thing, maybe it's a malware ad or something.
