what do you carry in your diaper bag?

honestly i dont even have one, well unless we are going overnight somewhere. but otherwise i just carry like 2 extra diapers in my purse and a thing of wet wipes o and his insurance card just in case. honestly i have NEVER needed anything else...but i was with a friend today and she had everything in her bag but the dam kitchen sink. i have never once needed anything that she had in there. lol but it kinda made me feel like i am super under prepared so i am thinking bout packing up a real diaper bag LOL--my baby is 4.5 months (almost)
so what do you carry in yours? do you find it sufficient or do you think you might be going a little overboard (be honest) ha

bottles with boiled water
formula dispenser
2 bibs
2 flannels
spoon
jar of food
small container rice cereal
baby panadol
Baby moisturiser
Hand sanitiser
my lip balm
2 dummies
baby toys (hang of the outside)
Hams TedTed (little blue blankie with a teddy head on it)
Muslin Shawl or wrap ( incase I have to lay him down or cover him up, but I usually keep this in the bottom of the pram or the car)
Teething rusks
Bonjela
One spare change of :

Top
Singlet
Long onsie
Short onsie

AND I think that is all, lol!

To be honest, I don't find it too OTT, because a lot of the time, I spend the whole day out, as we only have one car, I have to pick my fiance up, and find it a waste to drive all the way home, and then back out again. Plus, the weather here is so unpredictable lately. Yesterday morning, Ham was wearing jeans and a long sleeved top, and by midday, was in singlet and shorts ( which he later proceeded to spew all over and then went into a onsie)

I am looking forward to having a back pack instead of a small shipping bag with me when he needs less things though!
