how long should you chang your pads and tampons after to prevent leaks, odor, tss, etc.? i have looked on different sites and the time varies... please help!
i usually change my pad every 3-4 hrs and i am planning to try tampons soon, i just bought my 1st box. ( i have only had my period once, i am 14 and started in february
