Company Sand
Paint comming out,because of sault in white sand.How to solve this issue?
I am working in a construction company.In one of our project by mistake someone used unwashed white sand from sea shore.Now the salt in the plastered wall is comming out the the paint.Is there any remedy for this.
The plaster has to come down..there isnt a sealer in the world or a primer that will protect the paint..This is actually totally illegal..and if whoever owns the structure finds out...He has a law suit that will be in his favor no sooner then he walks in the door and presents his case...I live in Florida..and they caught some contractors doing this..they were fined in the 100's of thousands dollars..had to also pay for the roject they did with tainted sand..and The owner spent 3 months in jail... There is nothing that will make that paint stick..other then new plaster..
