3 mths old sleeping in air con room?

ok my room temp is set at 25 degree celcius. my room's small so its kinda cooling / cold at times. the thing is, my baby is wearing her normal cotton sleep suit. but the blankie is only convering up to her chest, her hands are usually out. I am afraid she's cold. coz me as an adult i ll be hiding under the comforter. how do i know if it's ok for her? I cant wrap and hide her hands under the blankie.

i put a fleece baby gro on over her ordinary baby gro that is slightly big and it covers my daughters hands and then just put the blanket on over baby will let you know if they are too warm
