Does anyone know how to use Lighting effects to make a Theatre scene Look Black and White?

I am a Lighting Designer at the University of Southern Indiana. We are putting together a student design project. For a play we are doing the Director is trying to do this Black and white change from a color scene in no more than 15 seconds. I have stated to her tha I didn't think that this was possiable to do with out budget restraints, But I was hoping someone out there would know how to get this feature accoplished by just using some simple lighting technique that isn't commonly known.

turn up the red gels and widen your spot, then hang a shim. it pulls the color out unless of course you are wearing red

HP produces some of the best printers available. Among the HP printers available, the black & white printers are immensely popular both at homes and in offices. The biggest advantage of HP black & white printers is that they are long lasting and keep on performing optimally for ages. They are also easy to maintain. The easiest way to maintain HP black & white printers is by going through the owner manual. The owner manual contains solutions to the most common and basic issues and provides step by step troubleshooting methods.

If there is something that is not there in the owner manual, it is recommended to go through the HP website and look at the troubleshooting section. Apart from that, HP also provides maintenance kits that contain instructions to rebuild, repair and maintain the printer. The HP maintenance kit also contains spares for those parts of the printer that are prone to wear and tear.

One of the most common issues that you can come across is where the printer is unable to pick up or pull the paper correctly – The first thing to check is whether the paper is not wrinkled, bent or folded. After this, it has to be ascertained whether the printer ink and paper are being handled correctly. Then it has to be checked whether the printer environment is okay in terms of temperature, humidity, exposure to sunlight and cleanliness. Another paper will have to be used first. Then the load in the paper bin will have to be lightened.

Another issue is where hollow characters are being printed on transparencies – In this case, it needs to be ascertained whether transparency that is being used is designed for the particular printer. Exception error messages are being displayed when accessing printer properties – You need to download and install the version 61.074.yy.zz drivers from the official website of HP. That should fix the issue.

Adobe PDF files printing slowly or hanging in print queue – Check whether the issue is with a single file. Try printing from other applications and check whether the printing is still slow. Try printing a test page. There could be many reasons for this issue and it is best advisable to contact HP for this issue.

Printer cannot connect to network in Microsoft Windows – Here, the print spooler service may stop sending print jobs to a HP LaserJet black & white printer that is using the standard port monitor on a Windows 2003 based computer. To solve this issue - click ‘Start’, point to ‘Settings’, click ‘Printers’, right-click the icon representing the printer to be modified, and then click ‘Properties’. Then, click ‘Ports’, click to clear the ‘Enable Bidirectional Support’ check box, and then click ‘OK’.

There could be many more common issues with HP Black & White LaserJet printers and they are easy to resolve.
