I need an opinion from working moms about should i work ?
I recently got a job because we really needed the money . I got a part time , I go when ever they have extra work for me ,so like a day I go an work l for 10 or 11 hours I get so tired but I work like 4 or 5 days only and automatically I make my 40 hours. the thing is that now my husband got a second job in the day time and now I have to pay babysitting , and half of my check is gone because I have a 6 month and a 3 1/2 old. sons . I get really tired because I get up really early to make my kids lunch and prepare diaper bag and my lunch my hubbies lunch oh man I get so tired, ooh! and since I work not far from my house I come home for lunch to breastfeed my baby he doesnt really like the bottle . what do you moms think shoul I keep my job or just let my husband work or should I try to get a full time job so I can get more money? its also getting kind of hectic I come home tired have to pick up the house and I barelly see my husband .
If it was absolutely necessary keep working. Sounds like you will burn out fast. I'm a stay at home mom. We need the money, but daycare for a 3 year old and 6 month old would be my whole check. So I stay home. Figure out how much it cost to work-health, wellnes, daycare, gas, clothes, etc. If it is more than what you make or close to it, it not worth it. It is a hard decision. We cut back whenever we can. We hav a smaller house, only 1 new car, 05 for me and the kids, 88 truck for my husband. I could not tell you the last time we went to a movie! It works for us. Find out what works for you.
