Diaper Wipee
Baby can only seem to have bowel movements when we wipe his bottom..?
Often time we go to change our son's diaper, and there will be just a little poo in it, but when we go to wipe his bottom with a wipee, he has a bowel movement. It's happened about 5 times. He will cry like he is in pain, so we will try to change his diaper for comfort, and he'll have a bowel movement as soon as we start wiping his bottom. Then he's better.
He also has gas a lot. He is breastfed only. I think a lot of the gas come from my over supply and overactive letdown issues, but I cut out dairy and nuts just in case, but he still fusses with gas all the time. If he's awake, he's fussing. We've tried drops and various postions to hold him in to help, but sometimes it's just really hard to get the gas out. Any advice?
Also, I don't drink anything caffeinated.
When my girls were little they had this also and what I found to be very helful was Peppermint..I bought this from the health food store and would put a little on the tongue and it made a world of difference..Back in my days we could get this from the pharmicist at the drug store..It's not harmful and will help ease his tummy problems

baby diaper change showed blood in stool?
I did my beddie bye diaper change and he pooped a diarareeha green from green beans and peas from earlier and when he was wiped up I did one more wipee for extra measure and blood was there I wiped again and more blood I freaked called the Doctors and have an appointment tomorrow but I am worried now whats goin on.?
I wouldn't worry about It to much tonight just keep an eye out for more bleeding If It becomes worse go to the ER. If not your child should be OK till tomorrow.
