No, scientists, don't try to tell me that it's actually kind of fun to manage momentum and explore a dozen increasingly difficult mazes of winding corridors lined with wormholes and shield-sapping red laser beams all over the place. It's not fun to get burnt to a crisp because I got a little overzealous with the boost and went careening all over the place because of that stupid time limit on every level.

In fact, were it not for the fact that I have to rescue all of the sometimes dozens of you from your out-of-the-way hidey holes before the mothership returns, I'd get off this dumb planet you guys are stuck on. I mean, the whole time I'm after you, the sun is blazing away in the background but never scrolling, so it's hard to actually tell if you're flying even with that little red dot that shows my momentum. It's a pain.

See? See what you've done, scientists? You've made me write paragraph-long run-on sentences. That's how frustrating you can be. But... but I still love you, scientists. Why else would I retry a level that takes a half hour to get through when I got stuck trying to squeeze through a tunnel clearly too small for my little, barely maneuverable ship? No, you're not in the most amazing game out there, but there's certainly nothing terrible about your adventure either. I just wish there were a few more levels to play through.
