Should I listen to My friend?
My baby is using enfamil formula and i have not yet been out with him so i havent gotten a chance to prepare a diaper bag or anything. I was curious to know how do i prepare a bottle to put in his diaper bag to go out for a day or somthing. I read the can for powdered formula and it say do not feed infant if prepared bottle is unrefrigerated for more then 2 hours. But my friend told me that she just prepares the bottles and leaves it in the diaper bag all day until the baby is hungry... but that is more then 2 hours.... can some one tell me the right way.
i wouldnt use it after 2 hrs, i have heard that bacteria builds up after then.
what i do is put the power in the bottle, and bring a bottle of room temp. spring water w/me and just mix it when the baby gets hungry.
