Will Nemo Be There?

Watching Finding Nemo with my daughter of two years old started me thinking of the possibilities of a diving holiday and what to expect.  I am planning a holiday for the summer and I am thinking about sampling some diving for myself.

Having travelled to Sharm El Sheikh in the past I have experienced the area but not partook in any of the diving.

I have singled Sharm el Sheikh out to be one of the best places in the world to learn to dive due to the dive companies and individuals that are dedicated and passionate about diving in this area.

I have been looking into it for a while and researching the best places to go to experience diving at its very best and I have come up with one of the best places in the world.   The resort I have shortlisted will hopefully be a realistically priced holiday rather than an over priced holiday destination if you were to travel to some of the other diving areas in the world.

If you want an amazing diving experience to remember then the area I have shortlisted for location, diving tutorials and price is Sharm El Sheikh.  This has got to be the place for you if you want to try all of this, plus much more.

With the different levels of diving available from beginners to advanced, the area of Sharm el Sheikh, which is located on the Red Sea, has most certainly got to be one of the best areas of water in the world to experience diving to the max.

There is a variety of diving schools in the area along with a lot of them being based within the hotels.  They offer a selection of packages for all levels of divers.

Should you prefer to just relax and enjoy the Red Sea resort on land there is also plenty to do here with shopping in Naama Bay, camel rides in the desert and lots of adventure activities including quad biking and sand surfing.

The diving in Sharm el Sheikh is definitely the main inspiration for travelling here.  You will find many species of wildlife in the ocean and with the visibility being excellent in the Red Sea you can literally see for up to seventy five metres in front of you.

You will experience some of the most amazing coral formations along with thousands and thousands of fish and if you are very lucky you will get the experience of sighting of a hammerhead shark, mantra stingrays and possibly even a whale shark.

The Red Sea is the most Northern tropical sea in the world and with the Red Sea being narrow and lined with mountains, there are little in the way of waves and currents which makes it ideal for the marine life to evolve and the diving community to enjoy.

Many people travel back to Sharm El Sheikh year after year to experience the amazing diving the Red Sea has to offer.

If you are planning a holiday this year, whether it be summer or winter, and wouldn't mind trying out diving then

Should you want to go diving in this resort it is definitely recommended by many people but should you want the tranquillity, peace and quiet you can also grab some of that too.
