How long does it take an Oscar to reach full size?

We have 2 Oscars and 2 Severums sharing a tank. I was wondering how long until they reach full size? They are around 4 inches now and around a year old.
They aren't a year whoops. I forgot that we got the Oscars after the betta not when. they are around 5-7 months. and are more like 5in. when I actually see them next to the ruler.

It is very unlikely that a oscar cichlid will grow to full size [12 inches] in a home aquarium,they will probably grow to 7-8 inches in 6 months and it's only in very big tanks or lakes they will reach full size.

I had one from a 2 inch baby in a 50 gallon tank and did not grow any more that 8 inches.
