Fear Factor~! birthday suggestions?

Alright, so needing to plan a 10th birthday party (female) its going to be a sleep over for her and three friends.

We want a fear factor type of theme, where her and her friends and probably brother sister maybe cousins etc. will be playing.

We want suggestions on what to do, I have found many sites with suggestion just looking for opinions...
This will all be outside in a large yard...
we want an obstacle course, and a bunch of "fear factor" things that they can do. like one suggestion was " put yellow food colored water and choc. pudding on a clean diaper and hide a piece of gum inside and have them dig for the gum with no hands and the first to blow it up to a bubble wins..."
