This is definitely mainly a ballpark guess, but I suppose that would take somewhere around 3 hours, considering the detail and almost complete use of outlining. If so, I'd say if you wanted a black and gray like that, you're looking at 350 more or less. Complete ballpark estimate though. It would be a lot easier just to show the artist that tattoo and ask them about the time it would take and cost based upon that.
