blood in 3 week olds stool?

I am waiting for my pediatrician office to open at 8 to call in to see my ped. but in the mean time I wanted to ask if anybody has any experience with this. My son was born December 11th he had been having normal BM's up until yesterday evening he is formula fed (similac advanced with iron) and his stools have been like a brownish/tan color. Yesterday he had a BM it was a dark brown color not runny. And then last night about 2am my husband changed him and he had a bright orange colored stool with red mixed through. This morning I got up to feed him at 6am and as I was burping him he was farting (he's been very gassy) and I figured I would go check his diaper again to make sure he didn't poop and there was a little bit of dark green poop and blood in his diaper. He doesn't seem to be in pain and isn't fussy and his BM's haven't been hard so I wouldn't think he would of gotten a anal tear from constipation.

Sometimes the blood in a baby's poop is bright red, and sometimes it's black (which means it's been digested).
