What can I wear my footless tights with?

I bought a pair that are white with blue, purple, and green paisley-ish designs. The most prominant color is the blue. And ideas on what I can wear them with??
Don't suggest shorts

hmm if the prominent color is blue you might want to wear a top thats NOT blue to bring out the other colors, a plain white flowy top would probably be nice because it would bring focus to your tights and adding more blue would be too much. if you want to add in blue you can use a blue belt and wear it on top of the white shirt.

Bold and Beautiful Summer Wedding Invitations

Although people tend to be more relaxed during the summer months, this doesn’t mean they aren’t aware of the stunning colors that come with summer. Bright blue skies contrast with white clouds and the bright yellow of the sun, and vibrant green grass is set against bold pinks, reds, and yellows of nature’s floral palette when you look down.
