Can I wear tall flat suede boots with shorts or a skirt?

I have these grey suede boots a little shorter than my knees kinda loose would that look good with shorts or a skirt? And if that would look good what shirt would I wear with it?

You can wear them with shorts but not a skirt because with a skirt the boots would make you look like you have heavier legs, which you don't want. You can wear the boots with shorts that are darker then the boots itself otherwise it will look bad. I recommend thigh high socks with the boots when you wear your shorts. A good shirt would be plain and simple. This will totally look cute! hope you find this helpful
