what options do I have when an internet site won't give me a refund?
I bought a Nest grommet diaper bag(285$) from www.ynotshop.com on April 30th and had it shipped to a friend in HI. I never got a shipping confirmation.I sent emails requesting the status of my order:no reply.I figured that they had canceled my order. My credit card was charged on May 22nd.I contacted them to get a refund. They said OK but it never happened.I called their office during office hours:only answering machine,left a message.Sent many emails:no reply.
You contact your credit card company and state what you just said...they will investigate and if they can not find a confirmation of delivery they will reverse the charges and claim it as fraud.
