I'm going on a homestay visit to Japan for about two weeks and during that time, we visit: Harajuku, Akihabura, Shibuya and Ginza. I want to buy some Rozen Maiden collectables, particularly a Hina Ichigo costume. Where in these areas can I do this without spending heaps and heaps of cash. I'm on a somewhat limited budget.
