Where it says the size..is it in inches?

and I did try drawing out on paper the size it gives in inches and it's SO big!...is that really the size of it?..cause it's HUGE like bigger than a nintendo ds..help anyone?

5 3/4 inches x 4 inches is not big. It's smaller than the length of my hand and about as wide.
