How to get rid of hobo spiders with out extermanatur?

my house has always had spider problems but recently it has gotten worse they have started to crawl on us at least 8 times a month my brother says hes seen hobos and yellow sack spiders We want to get rid of them but not by calling a extermanatur i set sticky traps i live in slc utah if that helps

First, you don't have the hobo spider in Utah.
it most likely is Tegenaria atrica, or brown house spider.
it takes close examination to tell them apart.
the Tegenaria agrestis (hobo spider) is only found in a small
region in the Seattle/Vancouver area.
The house spider is harmless, but the sac spider is reported
to cause moderate reactions in some people.
Bites are quite rare with these, and not likely to bite if they
are just crawling on you.
The best way to control them is with routine cleaning with
a vacuum, and the sticky traps help. keeping clutter to a minimum also helps.
Pesticides would be worse than the spiders, and are only
temporary.
