Are all peacoats lined with satiny fabric?
It's 27 degrees Fahrenheit outside, so a pea-coat doesn't keep me as warm as I would like it to. Do all pea-coats come with a satin lining and why? It doesn't insulate heat very well. Are there peacoats out there with different kinds of linings such as fleece, cotton or cashmere?
