looking at a 01' durango r/t. all wheel dr/4whl dr. fully loaded, leather and all the goodies with a viper remote starter/alarm. has 170k on engine. the trans was rebuilt at 160k. one owner/highway miles. any thoughts and how much should i pay? thanks

It depends on the motor size, but I would say about $6,000. Also depending on the shape its in.
