Cloth Diaper Mamas? Help!?

Help! My son is alergic to disposable diapers and he is outgrowing his cloth diapers. Right now we are using large Sposoeasy by Blue Penguin. He is 32 inches tall and 27 pounds. These used to fit him well and now they look like low rise bikini bottoms. They barely fit around his legs and we are experiencing more leaks. He is no where near ready for potty training. I need to know who makes the biggest cloth AIO. What do you use and are you happy with it?

Um, "why not use towels?" Well, they are not exactly the same thing. Modern cloth diapers look like disposables (fitted leg openings, velcro or snap closures, cute colors and prints) but just a little thicker. Also towels are terry cloth, but CD's are cotton flannel or birdseye.
Also, our daycare prefers we use All in Ones and wrapping him in a towel would require a outer plastic shell.
I guess I might have to learn how to sew.

I use fitted diapers by wee ones. She's a SAHM makes her own products & she also offers to make in size you need by taking your baby's measurements. I don't know if she does it for fitted & AIO but for sure she takes special request sizes for her prefolds. It wouldn't harm e-mailing her to ask though.

Preparing Parents
