Non slip floor mats for wiping dogs feet?

O.k., so we have hard wood floors in the living space near our patio door. Where in the world can I find a good mat that won't slip around, so we can wipe off our own AND ESPECIALLY our dogs feet without slipping across the room? Probably a simple solution, but I'm new at this home owner stuff

l got a good one from Costco, rubber backed so it's non slip and also washable. l have it in the kitchen behind the door, it's about 4ft by 2ft, a shaggy type rug and it really helps to dry their feet off and trap the dirt.

Arriving home that late rainy Saturday night was never going to be easy, Mat Smart prayed that his wife would already be asleep, so that he could drag the body out of the car and hide it temporarily inside the garage. His 8 year old would also be tucked up safely in bed by this time and all would be hopefully none the wiser. This is however the first time he’d brought his work home.  He mused over the day’s work, pondering the thought of having this power over life and death-it is a sacred power, one that is unimaginable to most until they try. His employers that shall remain anonymous pay the bills–cleaning bills as they were referred to; paid to clean the streets. The law has come full circle and now certain members of the community have become a law unto their own. These so called magistrates, police with their hands tied behind their backs-they’d let crims go, free again to commit serious assault, robbery-muggings, murder, rape. Crime spiralling out of control-no, Mat Smart could sleep free and easy. But tonight was the riskiest thing he’d ever done, a body in the home.

Garage Smart Mat:

The lights were off inside the house and he remained in the garage planning each move precisely. He’d have to leave early the next morning for disintegration, he’d had a prearranged engagement that night which he couldn’t get out of and would have to get the D done the following day. But he couldn’t leave the body in the car because of seepage from the industrial wrap. But his smile would soon turn to anger once more.
