My butt crack is really raw and is splitting open. PAIN !!! PLEASE ONLY SERIOUS ANSWERS?

I have started using dove sensitive skin soap and even started washing my clothes in baby dreft thinking it was one of them. I have tried just about everything ; baby gold bond, preparation h, yeast infection cream, o yeah not to mention my baby's diaper rash meds. nothing seems to make it better.!! It is like my crack is open all the way down the line. It is just one little bitty line all the way down.
BTW I have no insurance and really would not want to go to the doctor.

When you use the bathroom, use baby wipes, but not the antibacterial ones. You don't know if you have a yeast infection or a bacterial infection.

Wash with soap and water, rinse very well, then pat dry. Use some Caldesene Powder. It comes in a pink cyllindrical container with blue writing on it. I use it for lots of things. I had a yeast infection at Disney two years in a row before I finally discovered this powder, and it was the only thing that worked. Desitin didn't work. Neosporin didn't work. NOTHING ELSE WORKED! Now I use Caldesene medicate powder more than I use Neosporin for things.

Try it. I bet it will work for you. It may take a few days before it stops hurting, but I bet this works. Let me know either way, please.

The main thing is to wash, rinse, and dry it very well. Then use that powder to keep moisture away. It will hurt when you wash the first few times, but you MUST do it. Have someone do it for you if you can't do it on your own.
