How should a 'Mom' dress? I'm 36 yrs old and work?

in a very casual office, so jeans are acceptable. I want to look chic and attractive without looking like I never grew up and I don't want to look 'matronly' either.....I tend to like wearing very comfortable clothes and figure flattering trends such as the smaller cut t-shirts etc. Can anyone show me some good looks to wear in your opinion?

First of all Just because your a certain age does not mean you can't be into style and have to be frumpy to be it ......so always take notice to what is in and make it work to your age. Of course we don't want to look like we are 16 when were not.....So hope you like the outfits I picked<33
