If i am a 5.5 shoe size in Nine West am i the same for Guess shoes?

i want to buy a pair of guess shoes online but i dont know if ill fit the 5.5 pair, but i know im a 5.5 in Nine West Shoes. Im wondering if the fitting is the same?

Shoe sizes do vary slightly from brand to brand. I wonder if there's information about the measurements. Often ads for shoes will say the length, if that's there measure your current shoes to see if they're the same. Also, if you can search where Guess shoes are sold retail you might find some that you can try before you buy ... or if not the style you see, you could at least get an idea how they fit.

If a 5½ fits rather snug on you maybe a 6 would be better. But if you're sort of between a 5 and 5½ that will be different. One thing to remember is that the online company's return policy will be important.
