How to shrink a nylon shirt.?

My husband accidentally pulled me over to him by the shirt and stretched it out pretty bad. How can i shrink it even a little bit?

Try washing it and drying it in the dryer. That may help it go back to its original shape.

Sewing zipper may sound simple to many, but it's a far from simple process for the beginner sewer! Although some clothes still use buttons, hooks, snappers or ties, the majority have zipper, and boy do they bust on a regular basis! However, it need not be the end of those clothes, you can repair them if you know how and you will never be afraid of making a new garment with a zipper in again! There are two basic types of zipper; standard centered and lapped (sometimes known as an invisible zipper). Where the lapped zipper differs from the standard is simply that the teeth are hidden by the closure. This type of zipper is often used on expensive garments or where a fabric has a pile or is particularly flimsy.

When sewing zipper, the first thing you need is a zipper foot for your sewing machine. The zipper foot differs from the standard foot in that it will allow you to get closer to the teeth of the zipper. Don't attempt to sew your zipper without the zipper foot - big mistake.

Right, let's get down to business. Thankfully, when you buy zipper they usually have some extra material beneath the zipper tab as this can be the most awkward part to sew around. The extra material allows you to sew a bit beneath the tab and to make a clean finish.
