How do I get rid of this stye?

How can I get rid of this stye? It's under my bottom eyelid. I've been putting tea bags and hot rags on my eye. Does it magicly go away overnight? Or does it pop on the spot?

I get these all the time. All u need to do is get a warm washcloth and put on ur eye as many times you can a day. Make sure its warm everytime. This causes it 2 pop.
